What is the LAWSUIT all about (condensed version please)?
How does it affect new residents in the LAWSUIT FOOTPRINT...

No idea what you're talking about.

This MIGHT be the gas lines in the attic, I do not recall the details, we do not have gas. I think it may have had something to do with the type of gas line used.

I agree, what law suit? If there was something going on, I’d think the POA would be covering non-stop.

Never heard of this lawsuit. Too many rumors. You will love living in The Villages. We have now been here 19 years and probably is the best time of our lives---even more fun than college. There is always something to do. Also, we love all of our new friends and people are so friendly here.
