Yamaha Mirror Glass Popped Out!!!!
 

So my 2023 Yamaha,(B2B Warranty over) Mirror glass popped out and had to Tape it back on as it would not snap in and stay.

And the wire for the front LED Lights<(on The Mirror) Broke loose.

Any body know waht keeps this glss in there. There looks to be little nubs to hold it but it will not stay in.

Also Is there a special Electrical glue to glue that wire back on? It looks way to small to try and solder.

I just had a similar experience on ours, but without the wire breaking. I was able to put 6 dabs of glue (E6000) on the housing and put the mirror back in place, it appears to be holding.

Where did you get the glue?

I am south of 466a near Buena Vista, I believe we got the glue a Lowes, but GOOP will also work well for this repair and is available at many locations.
