Why do you think you need a level 3 charger? My house doesn't even have a 220v level 2; I plug into the standard 110v outlet already in the garage. And even then, I only need to plug in every 4th night. That's more than sufficient for standard activities in the bubble and surrounding towns. If you go on a road trip, I'd be more concerned about having a level 3 charger at your destination.

I thought the cars or there was an app for finding those while traveling?
