drain question please

Do all courtyard villas have a surface water drain in their backyards? We just want to check ours is fine and unblocked, but it's probably covered in stones and or shrubs.
We have contacted our realtor and the infrastructure & utilities dept and no-one seems to be able to tell us.
Many thanks

Since you live in a cookie cutter home check with your neighbors the drain is located just about same spot on alll

It will be located in one of the back corners about two feet from the wall. You are wise to check on it.

You should be able to get a copy of your plat diagram for your home and this will show the location of the drain. The county building department or zoning department should have these.
