Recommendation re Shrub Removal

Can anyone here recommend someone who can remove shrub(s), hedge, etc., who is dependable, reasonably priced and who stands behind their work?

Not interested in ancient history: more "here and now".

On a related note: am I correct in assuming that the homeowner is responsible for pinpointing things like water lines, wiring, sprinkler lines, etc.?

Thanx in advance.

In general, revisions to landscaping usually need ARC approval, as for the wiring, and water lines, there is an 811 (I believe this is the correct number) you can call before any digging is done. No idea if this covers irrigation lines, but should cover the electric supply to the house, possibly the cable TV service, and probably the potable water service, and drain lines. At a minimum, one of you needs to make this call so you do not end up with an expensive repair bill.
