Metal Detector needed

My husband lost his wedding ring somewhere in our yard and we were wondering if someone with a metal detector would help us try to locate it. We’ve walked our yard over and haven’t spotted it so feel like it’s buried in the grass or landscaping. If you or someone you know has one and would be willing to help us we would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

There is a metal detector club, and as I recall they offer this service through their membership.

I have one, but am not proficient with using it. We could attempt it. Also, you might wait until after dark and use a bright flashlight. It may show up easily.

Gold (which most wedding rings are made from) isn't magnetic...

OP, if you get nowhere with the metal detector club, I am willing to get a detector kit, assemble it, and see if we can find the ring, please let us know how you make out.
