DNJ Construction Lanai addition completed
 

David and Jason from DNJ construction just finished adding 10' to the Lanai. Three fixed panels on the front and sliders on the sides with a small birdcage off to one side. We got bids. I felt very comfortable with these guys. The price was
great and it included everything, with no extras. The process was easy and they are always reachable and ready to answer questions. Every once an awhile you find a contractor who actually does what they say they will. The whole process took less than 6 months with ARC approval.

Wish we had the space to do this

I'm trying to make out what the flooring is. Did they basically pour a concrete pad and then install flooring on top of it?

A new slab was poured over the original section and the new 10' section. We used the same click and lock floor that came with the house.
