Weed Removal in front and back yard
 

I have a lawn company that cuts my small patch of grass. The problem is weed removal in the gardening strips around my courtyard villa. Weed removal should take 1 - 1.5 hours/month. No spraying please! Any recommendations?

OP, you are greatly limiting your options by requiring no spraying. If this is an allergy concern, there are several options using various household products, but I am sure you will be limited to doing this yourself, unless you can find a handyman to use your equipment and spray to attack the weeds. As for hand picking the weeds, another thread mentioned that you never get ALL of the weed, there will be some root left and you will get a new weed there, also the small weeds can be very hard to see.
Your question has been asked several times and I do not recall anyone offering a hand pull weeding service.
