I have been helping another owner with one of these, and customer service SUCKS, they have similar problems. I was able to fix 2 of the problems, now a 3rd has popped up.
Send me a PM with your phone number and we can discuss further over the phone.

Dale, I will give you a call, but I am the guy who has been to your house several times. I am sorry to hear the repaired controller failed, at this point I am GUESSING there must be a problem with the motor, I have no idea what else would cause the repaired controller to fail. I believe I mentioned before I have no way to test the motor and no specifications for the motor to know what would good or bad.

I've worked on those cars since they got to the US in 2006. You have to know what you're doing on those. I've seen some i refuse to work on because they are so butchered up. As I have always said, the biggest destroyer of a golf car is the people that work on them.
You can't just go in there and willy nilly just change parts. Your cart sounds like some Ive already seen that had the wrong hands looking at it.

This cart appears to be all original except for the replacement position sensor for the accelerator position, this was an AGC part that I installed per their instructions. The last set of tests I ran on this cart showed NO output from the motor controller. All other equipment, solenoids, etc., appear to be original as well as all of the wiring. I did find the spade connections to the original controller were bad and still no output to the motor. Both the owner and I have tried to get a wiring diagram for this specific model (2009 Escalade) and the only this I found was a Hummer (2009) that appears to be very close. The trouble shooting guide did seem to follow this cart very closely.

Who did you have do the rebuild on the controller?

I asked the owner, whomever he had do the replacement, sent it out to another (unknown) company, it failed after 2 weeks. When I looked at this controller it appeared to be a completely sealed unit and not repairable.

If its a potted board in the controller then you cant fix it.
If you have an unmolested cart then basic diagnostics apply. A shorted motor can wipe out a controller, but thats an easy check.
