This company is awful, my lawn is full of weeds and I called twice to complain and it took the dept supervisor 1week to reach out to me. Plus they require a years payment in advance and won’t return the unused portion if you cancel their service. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them

No lawn here, but they are great with bugs. Maybe one roach a yr. and it's in the process of dying.

My neighbor fired them a year ago, his lawn has never looked better.

Just shows that a name means nothing!

We have been using Superior Services for 20 years are very satisfied. They regularly apply a variety of weed killers and bug killers, etc. In fact, my wife and I often are surprised because "they're here again" and our lawn looks great.

They come through the inside of the house on an annual basis applying bug repellent/killer powder in all outside wall electrical receptacles, under sinks, in the garage and whatever spray for the outside. We have had an occasional water bug (big roach), but no spiders, termites or other bugs in all this time. When we do have one of those nasty water bugs we call them and they respond within a day or often the same day.

So all in all I have to give Superior Services an A plus.

I paid Massey to control bugs in my house for a few years. No bugs. Then, I canceled them about 3 years ago. Still no bugs. Go figure.

We have Superior as many on our block. 20 year service....no problems here inside or out. Sorry you are unhappy.

They killed my entire lawn and would not take responsibility or pay to have entire lawn replaced.

Yep, same here. Killed our brand new lawn over the course of the year we were stuck with them. Fired them after contract was up, and hired Fertigator. In no more than a month Fertigator had our lawn back to green and lush, and has kept it that way for months now with just bimonthly treatments. No bug issues either. We’ve had neighbors hire Fertigator because of our lawn. We pay monthly, not annually.

That’s how our lawn looked too with Superior. Fertigator restored it without having to replace it, and now our lawn has been perfect for many months so far.

The unfortunate reality is that if you want a decent lawn like it or not, you're going to have to invest a lot of your own personal time.
Over the years I've signed a number of contracts with the major and not so big players in The Villages and they all fall short.
If you look around some of the best-looking lawns in the neighborhoods are basically maintained by the owner of the homes.

I think alot has to do with who is working for them. 21years and only this year has been a horror. The new hires are just passing through. What area are you in? Lynhaven/ Ashland area for us. Very disappointed in them and going to renew for lawn care.

Our lawn died completely while Superior was supposed to be applying the proper chemicals. Called multiple times when we first saw the brown spots, and they refused to send someone out. Very poor service and customer service.

I don't know anything about Superior Services, but I would never pay any contractor a year in advance for future services.

DO NOT HIRE DEANS - they are scammers and stop mowing and still charge you - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED by someone who has been scammed by this company.
