House Plans
 

A while back someone posted a link to a Villages site where you could request architectural plans of your house by entering the lot and unit number. I can’t find that post. Can someone point me in the right direction thank you.

If your house is less than 10 years old and in Sumter County, you can call the Building/Zoning department and get a copy, I did this in 2013 and was able to get 16 pages of plans. At that time this was done by email and the plans were in PDF format. I was told Sumter does not keep plans older than 10 years, you may be able to get plans from the original A/E however when I asked about this the cost was around $250 or more.

I recall a post with a link to the Warranty Department, to obtain products used. I don't think it has plans.
