Question for people who have recently had a home built
 

Was there an available option for a walk-in tub?

I know there are pros and cons to having a walk-in tub and that they're not for everyone, just wondering if they were an option while having the home built rather than having to do it after the fact (if one decided to do so)

We have a large backyard hot tub that my wife and I use quite frequently, but don't know if we could have one in TV (we can talk about that in here too)

Hot tub yes, we have had one (8' by8') since 2013, as for the walk in tub, I would just call the villages design center and ask them. My understanding there are very few options currently available for new builds. We had lots of options back in 2013.
