Car/Specialty License Plate on front bumper cover.
 
How did you put a car license plate on the front bumper cover on a Yamaha .

Note: Question isn't about why, or street legal or anything at all other than HOW...

Drill holes, attach plate with self tapping screws.

Or just self tapping screws, they will make their own holes. My bumper hollow plastic.
