Insurance Company Fraud

Multiple insurance companies have been caught changing claim amounts adjusters have turned in.

60 Minutes did a show interviewing adjusters that turned in claim amounts and the companies have been changing the figures and leaving the adjusters names on them.

If you have a claim I would suggest asking the adjuster to send you a copy to compare with what the insurance company gives you.

Was in the biz and did exactly what the young adjuster did. Not only was it fraudulent but stupid. Any person would clearly know that the damages were not15K(he wrote estimate over 200K) and the estimate would be questioned. A 1st year lawyer would have a field day when the people get deposed. And now our legislatures have changed the laws and made it harder for the insured to sue the insurance company even in cases like this,
