I need to transfer home title into a Family Trust. Can you recommend a good Real Estate Attorney that you have used in TV?

The easiest way to do it is to use a title company. I think they have their own attorneys, and they have a lot of experience at renaming a title.

Already called Peninsula Title - they closed my home in 2022. They told me to "find an attorney." hmmmm

If you already have a trust set up and named, I don't understand why a title company cannot prepare a new title.

Cost me $10 I paid the title company plus the recording fee when I did it. New deed and done.
