Member categories
Hi there!
I have noticed the members making post and replies show as a "veteran" member, "sage" member, or "junior" member etc. Where do I find all the categories and when a member is changed from category/type to another? Let's hope curiosity does NOT kill the cat! :icon_wink: |

It’s just the way the post counts have worked automatically since the beginning of TOTV. It’s just about the numbers. The names mean nothing more than that.
Boomer (Just edited out my morning’s long story about my own TOTV history. If you read it, thanks for reading. But once in a while, I decide to make it a short run just for the exercise.) |
0 Post = Jr Member
30 Posts = Member 100 Posts = Sr Member 500 Posts = Veteran Member 1000 Posts = Gold Member 1500 Posts = Platinum Member 2000 Posts = Soaring Eagle Member 2500 = Sage Member |

That is number of relevant posts, non repeated subjects, topics, etc. LOL

Thanks - I was thinking it had to do with how long a person had been a member.

Comments under posts count as posts too. I’ve never made a post myself, but have obviously commented under a post more than 500 times.

The older you get and the crankier you are you will move up the list. This is all just Therapy

Everyone has an opinion, here in TV probably more so, and the more opinionated the more posts/ replies.
