What’s the noise off Bexley Trail near the 16th green? It’s constant.
 
We’re newcomers and have heard the truck traffic dumping sand/soil but now this noise never stops.

A a notice was posted at the mail stations there would be noise related to building the
Foundation for thenew rehab center under construction.

It sounds to me like a large diesel water pump. The area was very flooded after the storm.
