golf cart help!!

I just purchased a 2023 yamaha cart with SLIDING Curtis Cab doors. The doors are difficult to close and latch. Any ideas on how to adjust the doors so they close easily? If you are versed in the subject I would be willing to pay for your servises. Thanks

Did you go back to the dealer, sorry I had to ask. You could try a spray silicone lubricant (do not use WD40) on the various sliding points to see if this frees up the doors. I have not worked on this enclosures, so I cannot provide specific instructions. If no one else provides specific solutions and the dealer is of no help, get back to me I am very handy mechanically.

I had that problem and was told by my sprinkler guy to use WD40/with Silicone. It has worked wonders. The cans are available at Lowes on 441.

Village Tinker is correct

We have a Curtis Cab as well. About every 6 months I spray some Silicone on both slides, top and bottom. Also, when I’m washing the cart I’ll take the hose and spray the slides to get the dirt off. Let it dry and reapply the Silicone. If that does not work check with the dealer, but I bet it willl.

WD40 is known to attract dirt. "3 in one" makes a product that is a dry lube that is made for window and door tracks. It will not attract dirt and works great.
