Hi All, Shopping insurance for auto. possibly bundle home & auto. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

State Farm for auto. Note that State Farm and Allstate are 2 companies who will sell you up to $1million in personal liability coverage as part of your auto policy. Many other companies limit you to $250K. Also, Florida, unlike many other states, does not require uninsured motorist insurance. Some people will disagree, but I save hundreds by not paying for UM coverage.

Bundling is overrated and the savings are sometimes not calculated correctly. Do the math before bundling. Good luck.

We use AAA, so far so good.

We were dropped from our insurance homeowner's policy after 30 years (moved to FL only 3 yrs ago though). I shopped for a month. Very few companies will give you homeowner's insurance in FL now. State Farm is the only national brand that will do so (that I found).
So we bundled with them. Try Chris Seamans (talk to Matt Parent). They are local.
