Need Sunbrella replacement

Any recommendations?

Be careful who you hire to replace it. If you use a factory recommended installer, make sure they give you a fair, fixed price because the authorized installers tend to be very expensive. It is better to hire an independent installer who will give you a reasonable price.

You can go into any of the Villages Golf Cart Stores and order what you need. When it comes in, they will schedule to have it installed for you.

One common way they are mounted makes it trivially easy to replace.
There is an aluminum track mounted on the roof.
The sunbrella top has a round tube shaped part all the way along the top.
Slide the tube piece into the track. No tools. No fasteners.
To replace: Slide old one out, slide new one right back in.

Look at you current one. If it's like this, easy DIY. Would take 5 minutes to swap all 4 panels.

That would work in a perfect world, but things almost never seem to work out that easily. The female snaps on the replacement fabric need to line up with the male half riveted to the golf cart. Also, many enclosures are custom made to fit over custom aftermarket seats with arm rests that stick out further than the factory seats that won’t accommodate a one size fits all enclosure. Also, if one wants to upgrade to the more user friendly soft touch snaps, a new custom made enclosure might be required. But you are absolutely correct, the panels are very easy to slide in and out of the tracks mounted to the cart. I had to remove a panel to make it easier to repair a small tear and it was very simple.

I recommend the roll up type, that rolls up like a window shade using a chain. I’ve seen these in TV, but don’t know where exactly to get them. But I’ve made up my mind when it’s time to replace my sunbrella cover I’m getting the roll-ups.

Room Up Sunbrella side curtains

The contact info for the roll up curtains is: Club Protector. Mike Held. 716-628-7001
I have had this system for years and it is terrific and so easy. No more hand rolling.

I just buy the kit online along with pop river and do it myself.

If you are interested I have blue sunbrella from our 2021 Yamaha that we removed to put on a sleekline enclosure.
