courtyard and the cabana villas
 

can someone send me a link to these floor plans? i'm interested in seeing these...i understand that these are the two types of units that are the best if one is interested in having a fenced in area for pets....

Found them by going to www.thevillages.com. Click on "Homes" on the top tool bar at the right. Then, under "New Home Gallery" at the left, click on "Learn More".

It looks like there are 16 Savannah series Villas and 4 Keys series Villas in new inventory.

Go to www.thevillages.com . Click on "Homes" then click on "Newly Constructed Homes" at the left (under "3 Ways to Become a Villager"). Then click on "Search Available New Homes". Click on "Home Series" on the left and you can then see the quantities of each home series they currently have in inventory.

My suggestion would be to get hooked up with a Villages sales rep if you haven't done so already. You can tell them the specifics of what you're wanting - they can give you a real good idea of what's coming up in their pipeline and/or future developments where they'll be building the one(s) you're wanting.

Don't overlook resale villas, through The Villages, MLS realtors, or For Sale By Owner!
