I know people ( friends) that were active, didn’t smoke or drink, wasn’t over weight and visited a doctor regularly, came down with Dementia and passed away suddenly!

One more reason to love Zumba! We have been doing Zumba for years...such a fun workout!

Yes, unfortunately even if we reduce the likelihood, dementia can still find the healthiest of us.
