Johnny's Birdie Shop on 466, 1/4 mile from the intersection of Morse. If you have the shafts, they may be able to do it while you wait this week, I suspect they won't be busy. Only takes a few minutes per club.

A few minutes? Really? I use tour set epoxy and I still don’t let a person have the club back for at least 6 hrs with instructions not to hit it until the next day.

That's fine, a lot of amateurs don't use the latest products and don't know all the options.

I changed one my shafts in the parking lot of a golf course, just last week. Took about 5 minutes and I used it as soon as it was finished. Quick Set Epoxy is good to go in 10-15 minutes.

Unless you're using Persimmon Woods that came from your Grandfather's cellar and have to do the whipping, most any shaft change is a 5-10 minute job. The "wait time" to use it, will depend on the epoxy used and hour it was cured.

If you really want to see how it works, hang out at a Tour Van, at a PGA Tournament. On any given day, there are a couple of guys hitting drivers that have had shafts put in, within the last hour or two.

Just like surgery, 1 hour surgery 1 week+/- rest

Last spring I was playing at Belle Glade and the shaft on my driver snapped. Stopped but the Sarasota golf shop on my way home and they replaced the shaft on the spot. I was instructed to wait until the next day before swinging the club and it’s been great ever since: )

No, must have been a fault in the shaft. Bought my Driver (Callaway Mavrik Max) from Callaywaypreowned.com and don’t know how the previous owner treated the stick?

Graphite shafts can do that. If they get stressed in baggage handling, rubbing against a bag, hitting a tree or any number of ways. You don't always see it, like you would in a steel shaft that bent.

If it breaks at the hosel/adapter, it was likely just a poor installation.

Mine broke at the bottom of the grip. I suspect it got compromised by someone not taking the necessary precautions removing the old grip when replacing it.

I've hardly ever seen one break at the grip. Must be super high swing speed! Long Driver #'s!

I'd be thrilled when I get a Ball Speed of 110-115. 15 Year old Charlie Woods hit 175, so his swing speed was probably 117-118.

This getting old crap, isn't for sissies.
