Latest prices for shuttle to Port C

Been some time since I've used a shuttle to Port Canaveral, usually just drive over, but need to make reservation for someone who will be visiting us. Need one way only shuttle from Villages weekend after new years. Yankee Trails now charges $80 for one seat to Port C. Does anyone know of a less expensive option ? She's not interested in home pick up, private car service, etc. Just is there are alternative bus shuttles other than Yankee Trails for $80 ? Thanks for sharing if you know of others. I could not find anything on Groome site, it looks like they only shuttle to Orlando airport ? Or did I miss something ?

I honestly thought that was a reasonable price ($80) so I went to Uber and it’s nearly $100 right now.

The shock is that it used to be around half that, until they recently ramped up the price for a one-way to almost that of a return

When I spoke to the CEO about it he clearly had no idea of how the business was run - I suspect he was new in the job and came in from a totally different background

IDK, people wanting cheap or cheaper would not run that transport business in the same manner if they owned it. The cost of vehicle, insurance, driver cost, etc adds up and running someone 1.5 hours away, one way has to be some profit in it. I get a kick out of the people on here that have concerns about transport companies being insured, etc but wanting that dollar ride to somewhere. BTW, the two times I have looked at Lyft, they are wanting $200 for the trip.
BTW, this post may help from earlier this summer:
