Rt. 470 Update - Apartments and Commercial Coming Next To The Villages
 

In this video, I show you the new apartments approved last October for Rt. 470 just south and west of The Villages, with Lake Denham to the north and undeveloped Villages land, zoned commercial, to the east. I also show you parts of Farmstead and Merritt Field that are new Villages coming and the new fire station just off the new south section of McNeill Drive. Also shown are two large parcels not purchased by TV and what TV had to do to maintain public road access to these parcels.
