Can someone recommend a person for a 4 point home inspector?

State Farm Insurance also required me to get a 4 point inspection on a 16 year old roof in order to underwrite. I respectfully declined once I realized it was a $150 cost to me. State Farm ultimately decided to absorb that cost. I've been with them for 17 months now with only a minimal annual increase. We'll see what year 2 brings. Disclaimer - I carry a 10% hurricane deductible.

Village insurance company recommended him.

I called him and he answered immediately. He was awesome and as a builder myself, he and I went through it together. He explained all his findings and even recommendations on who to call for things he saw that may end up causing me concerns later like water filters, electrical needs, ac checks. Even my realtor was impressed and wanted his contact info.

And to add on Precision, when he arrived, he had already pulled all county info on house so he could make a thorough inspection. He sent me about 30 photos he took, including make, model and serial numbers. I needed this type of guy with my past builds.
