Recommendations for small chip repair person to kitchen quartz countertop

DIY - fill the chip with epoxy resin, let it harden, scrap off the excess with a razor blade.

I am not sure if epoxy resin is the best choice (possible discoloration, etc) but I am sure there are suitable fillers. First, I would contact a reseller and ask for their advice on the filler. I bought a set of diamond polishing pads, and if you find a suitable patching compound I should be able to do the final polishing. NOW, if you choose to go this route, please let me know so I can determine if my polishing equipment will work. I have done flat surfaces, have not done rounded but should be able to do so.

Guess there is no way to match the color though.

You match the color, the exact same way installers make a seam.
