They will take your money, do the work, and when you have a problem tell you "we no longer service your area". When you try to call the national headquarter the computer asks for your area code and responds, "we have no one in your area", and no way to talk to a human.

I would never use any plumber in Orlando.

If you have a claim for bad work or incomplete work, try contacting Seniors versus Crime as well as the BBB and filing complaints with both, this might get their attention if you want them back, or if you are after a refund.
