Looking for a reccomendation regarding Orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulders.

Mike Moser at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute. You didn't say what your issue is, or perhaps you don't know yet? If it is the ubiquitous rotator cuff tear and requires surgery then I had a good outcome with him, as did several of my friends.

I am seeing Dr. Isaac Mitchell . He seems very good.

Had my shoulder replaced by Dr. Jay Cook, at UF Health, excellent outcome.

Dr. Mitchell was great with my shoulder impingement surgery.

Dr. Isaac Mitchell. I worked at hospital with him for years. When i tore my rotator cuff many employees used him and recommended him. Not the greatest personality but his work is exceptional. Dr. Cook was my 2nd choice but feel he is better at knee’s. Good luck to you.

I too recommend Dr. Isaac Mitchell. He had done three rotator cuff procedures for me. Outstanding.

Alternative to shoulder orthopedic surgery
 

Recently, a friend of mine was diagnosed with several tears in the rotator cuff and a frozen shoulder. The orthopedic surgeon solution was surgery.
We visited Dr. Papas in Tampa at Regenexx (813-544-3123) and discovered a regenerative medicine solution, which does not involve surgery or extensive long recovery times. The consultation is covered by your health insurance company, but the procedure is not. Well worth it, considering the benefits. He is no longer in the area. Moved to Georgia. He was great!

I had my shoulder replaced up at Shand's in Gainesville. My doctor was Dr. Thomas Wright and he is a great doctor. I am very happy with what he did.

Dr Cook was great! I had a reverse shoulder replacement in August. I was able to shoot my bow three months later.
I had rotator cuff done 10 years ago. It was most painful thing ever. Good luck.
