Has anyone that is color blind had it interfere with their golf game?

no. never been a problem for me. just don't let me work on any electric wiring.

Absolutely yes...can't see any golf balls that are in the red spectrum once they are on the grass. So worthless to help golfing partners find their redish golf balls.
