Eggs are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. Why would you want to substitute something else??? Are you allergic to eggs?

Cereals. Grilled cheese. Oatmeal. Or leftover pizza.

Well? Maybe none available and price due to all the laying hens killed off.

I was running low on olive oil and wanted to make carrot muffins. Looked for "oil substitute" and up came mayonnaise. Added benefit, could cut back on the number of eggs. Delicious, and with no taste of the mayo coming through.

We go through a lot of eggs in our house. I am trying to plan ahead a little bit .

“One ostrich egg is roughly equivalent to 24 chicken eggs.
Taste” quote.

“ On average one ostrich egg has around 47% protein, and almost 2000 calories. Ostrich eggs ... Our Price: $29.99. “. Quote

I say at least 4 times price for one?

I haven't got the patience to boil one - 45 minutes (soft) to 60 minutes (hard)

Not sure I've got a big enough pan, either!

Once a week you and your friends have an ostrich pancake party. Bet you would get your picture in the Sun.

Even though financially the price of eggs has no effect on me, and I love eggs, I've come to the realization at best I only eat them maybe twice a week.
There are so many food choices in this country.
You know just because most of us were raised looking at eggs as breakfast food nobody will take you to the woodshed if you eat a bowl of pasta instead.
I think I'm going to make myself a ham sandwich.
