Lost iPhone
Our iPhone was lost in the Terra del Sol area, probably close to the parking
lot, Friday afternoon. If found, please call 352-702-3707. Many thanks. |
Man...that bites!
Did you not have the "FREE" find my iPhone installed on your iPhone ??? Worse case scenario, you could wipe the phone clean of all your personal data remotely.... For any iPhone users, Find my iPhone is a free service of Apple MobileME. Everyone should have this installed for security purposes.... Search for "Find my iPhone" in the iTunes App Store.... Hope it turn up..... Mike |
Mike,
Do you need the mobileMe subscription for that...? I had a .mac account for over ten years, but recently dropped it because I did not use many of it's features. Frank |
Not any more, Apple recently changed their policy and now it's free. :coolsmiley:

Yeah, FoPPA is right. Find your iPhone/iPad is now free from Apple. Anyone with either of those devices should sign up... I didn't seem to have a problem with the iPhone, but I always seem to be loosing track of the iPad .... ????
Frank... I too, tried to wait for the Verizon iPhone, but ended up with a Verizon DroidX instead. Now, I wish I would have just gone with AT&T and the iPhone. GSM is a better technology, especially if you think you might travel internationally... I'm not that happy with Verizon reception in TV. There are several places that I get little or no signal on Verizon... |
Mike, thank you for sharing that. Up here in NY, Verizon has almost 100% of the business....but when I'm down there my Verizon phones have poor reception.
I do not want to hijack this thread though. I did post a new thread about my iphone quest here..... bogart, I sincerely hope you find your iphone....good luck! Frank |
