I have chickadees

I have chickadees building nest in my hanging birdhouse. I found some moss and some debris is nest couple days ago and wondered if it was ruffed titmouse? Finely seen what was building nest. Chickadees :highfive:

Nice!

MA state bird. We used to feed them out of our hand when we were kids . .

Love those birds and tufted titmouses!

Darn thought you were raising chickens for the eggs

Very nice!
Look like happy, protected little guys.

Tough and stringy. You need a a whole flock to make a half decent meal.

Customer,"I have chickadees".
WC, "I think we have a suppository for that affliction"

Well, you built it and they came. Put camera on it and have some fun watching.

Ducks are better for their eggs. Eggs are a little bigger, ducks don’t use/need individual nesting boxes, eggs are less prone to breaking and last much longer at room temperature due to thicker shells, and lastly will produce more eggs per year.

Congratulations! Made my day.

We have never seen them here in FL. We really like that size bird. Loads of palm warblers in our yard now & have seen huge flocks of robins come through, but not these little friends

I have chickadees in my back yard also…First time in 13 years that I have seen them! One of my favorite birds in TN, I am delighted! 😃

I love them, so cute and probably the least scared of humans. Enjoy!!
