Sinkhole Coverage
 

I wonder how important sink hole coverage is vs catrotaphic ground collapse coverage? I understand the difference between them. But both of them require significant damage to your house for coverage to be effective. The difference being CGCC requires your house to be deemed uninhabitable. Sink hole coverage doesn't require this, but like CGCC, it only covers the house, not driveway or land around house. Plus it usually have a very high deductible. If their is a ground collapse under your house isn't it likely it would be uninhabitable. Thoughts on having sink hole coverage? Do most home owners have it?
