The Villages App - troubleshooting
 

Hi there! I have a UN and PW for The Villages website but am having the hardest time with the iPhone App. I try logging in and it says ERROR in red and then a spinning circle indicating it is "thinking" but nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have an iPhone 16 so that is not the issue. Anyone else experience this? Any recommendations? I am trying to prepare for my Lifestyle visit and I think have an operable App on my phone would be advantageous. TIA.

If you're talking about the "paid" app, call them. If you've upgraded your phone, you may have to call them to get a code to get the app to work. They posted a thread about it on this site...
