Ad hoc golf group
 

We are interested in setting up a one-time golf group of 16-20 people. I called the Ttime office to see how to do this, and the woman told me they won't allow that until May and we need AT LEAST 32 people to qualify as a group. This does not sound right to me.

A friend said that all I have to do is go to my golfthevillages.net account and request a Ttime for the number of people I want, and it will allow UP TO 32 people. I did an experiment of 12 golfers and the request system let me start setting up for that many golfers. I stopped and exited as I did not want to actually complete the request.
If you have experience in setting up one of these one-time groups, would you please share your knowledge of how it works. thanks

I'm far from an expert on Group Tee Times, but I believe if you have 32 or more players, you fall into a different category and those groups get some sort of Tee Time preference.

Under that number, I think you can book directly with the online system.
