Warriors at ease?
 

I have checked Districtgov and the most recent "club" list I could find, does anyone know if there's a chapter of Warriors At Ease in The Villages. I attend "up north" and it does me good. I believe it is VA sponsored. Essentially a light yoga and stretching class that helps keep veterans (and first responders) strong and limber as they age.

The districtgov web site club listing is updated twice a year, so I would assume if you can't find it there is no group here. Looking at their web site (Warriors At Ease), there does appear to be a trained teacher in The Villages (I don't want to put their info up here, but I will note that they do have an entry in the latest club listing). The web site does have several yoga videos (hosted in YouTube) that you can view as well.
