Water Leak

Does anybody know who to call. Seems I have a pipe leaking in the foundation. Carpet is always wet. Thanks

Since this might end up being an insurance claim, I would call the insurance company first to see if they have a recommendation. There was also a recent posting for a similar problem I do not recall who eventually fixed the leak. Mike Scott plumbing would be my first call if you do not want to call insurance company.

Is the house still under warranty? We used Jacobs on our pre owned home. The most expensive portion of the problem was covered by the Villages and Jacobs fixed that. Kiley did the other part, but alas they are no longer in business.

Normally, your homeowner's insurance will cover everything involved in finding a leak, and tear out and replacement work. The only part they won't cover is the actual pipe leak repair work. So, the best thing to do is to inform the insurance company about the leak, so they are fully aware that you will be filing a claim.
