1994 Dodge Needs Valve Job/Engine Replacement
Would appreciate a recommendation to do a valve job or entire engine replacement on a 1994 Dodge Van B+ RV. Going through oil very quickly.

I am not a car guy at all, but I would suggest calling Michael's Automotive, 352-365-2955, in Fruitland Park.

What is a good ‘94 Dodge van worth? My guess is that you will have more in the repair than the car is worth. If you are really attached to it, then I guess it doesn’t matter.
Edit: I guess I missed the class B Rv. Good luck |
i looked up a rebuilt dodge motor...$4000 , plus $$ to install. i hope you love that van. i would think 6k all in.

I think you probably got 318 (5.2L) or 360 (5.9L) cu in engine in Rv. Those were very good engines. |

Not so..
A B+ Rv travel van is very much worth it, unless it is high milage.
They are not your run-of-the-mill work van. Visit Google. Edify. Quote:

Strickland Automotive in Wildwood does this sort of work. They are knowledgeable, reasonable and just good people.

Jimmy’s Auto Repair
216 CR 466 (27/466 intersection) 457-9999 Was Vaughn’s Auto Repair. Jimmy and the same employees continued after Vaughn suffered a heart attack |
On 466 just before hwy 27/441 on the South side of the road is a auto-repair shop. Their prices are great and they are fast. You will see a fenced in area with a few cars parked. Go in and ask what the costs would be. Good Luck.

NAPA just north of WalMart and Stonecrest hwy 441/27, one block off of hwy

You have the engine shipped to the shop that is going to work on it. |

I would go with 5.9, same block same space wise with more torque. |
