Can’t assess acct anymore for free
 

Trying to list an item for sale It no longer allows me to do this without putting my charge card number in. It says it won’t be charged if I cancel in three days. Otherwise it will charge a monthly fee.
Is this a new procedure?
Is there a way to
List item for sale without giving my information for charge card.
