One of Jim Carrey's best performances and I often think I have stepped into it in some fashion.


Enjoyed many of his other movies. I have not been able to get into the Sonic ones. Number 23 was interesting and Liar, Liar hilarious, Man on the Moon profound and Bruce Almighty very entertaining.

I probably saw The Truman Show at the movie theater in Palm Harbor on US 19 with my mother.

And just like Villagers, he lives in a bubble. There’s even a Truman Ave. in the Historic Section.

I was amused when I came across the Village of Truman since, as you allude, the whole of The Villages seems like the film.
