WHY do people do things like this?

The same reason they do things like this:

Florida weather affects people's mind in a weird way.

I go to that Sam's .....can't wait for the new Costco to open.

Sounds like not all his dogs were barking!

Why? Because people are not held accountable for their actions. The media is quick to report that someone was arrested, but they rarely report on the final result when they go to court. In this case, the guy caused $10,000 in damage, but he was released on a bond of $3,000. Go figure.

Why? Because his friends and relatives missed the earlier signs of dementia.

The moron that did this despicable act needs to be forced to pay the $10K and do a year in Jail.

I doubt if he had criminal intent.

Being retired is stressful I guess. As someone else said it would be nice to know the other side of the story (mental or had a grudge against Sam’s, etc).
