We did it!
 

After our third trip down here (Lifestyle Preview, two years of renting and two years of lurking on this board) we finally did it and bought in Buttonwood. Looking forward to meeting our new neighbours. :a040: We will be snowbirds and probably only use it about 5 months.

Our house closes on Feb. 22nd. and we have a house here until March 31st. so if any one needs a last minute rental for March I might be able to sub-let the house we are in for March. Please PM me if interested.

Similar to you we just moved into our villa almost 4 weeks ago after three visits and are gitty with excitement. Congrats to you!!! I think we will love it here if you can believe all of the wonderful people on talk of the villages (and I do). Happy times ahead gump!:pepper2:
