Looks like at least one of the victims in the shootings in Minnesota was a graduate of the U of MN Law School . I was Class of 1989 but worked at their law library through around late May or maybe June of 1991. Probably up to the end of the month when the national law librarian convention would be the next month. I think I was studying for the Minnesota Bar that month and was not working. I did attend the 1991 law librarian convention in New Orleans. I took Amtrak there and back. Fun journey.

Update.

He looks more and more like Jason Buffoon than Jason Bourne. Hopefully he will not get out of his hometown area of Minnesota.

I have met a lot of people from Minnesota here in the Villages during the twenty years we have lived here.


And people in Minnesota or from Minnesota played a big part in my 224 613 Project . I started it there in Dinkytown in the Fall of 1991 even though it did not pick up the number 613 until the end of 1992.

Dinkytown has changed a lot since I was there from around late August of 1986 through late November of 1991. Looks like it is quite crowded now at times.
