Genesis health club opening in MIddleton or Eastport?

Is anyone aware of plans for a gym opening in Eastport or Middleton?

I chatted with Genesis about this at one point and they're looking at a Middleton possibility but nothing is set in stone in terms of opening timelines/construction timelines etc. Probably 2 years out if so.
