And Lou Christie died last week. He was 82 and Bobby was 81.

David Cassidy died just before COVID. Rick Springfield is still around at 75 and Robby Benson is 69.

Cassidy died in November, 2017 - almost 2.5 years before Covid. He was only 67. His ashes were scattered at Saratoga Racecourse, New York. Apparently he was into horse racing and actually owned some racehorses.

In August 2016, Cassidy performed in The Villages, Florida. That was before my time.

My sister did also. While I listened to the Beetles, she listened to her Bobby Sherman and other 45s. I still remember that little pink 45 holder with all those Garbage Pail kid stickers all over it.

Another teen idol passes. Frankie Avalon is 84. Dion DiMucci is 85.

I was more into David Cassidy, Donny Osmond, and the Jackson 5. Bobby Sherman's peak was just a teeny bit before my time. When Julie Do You Love me came out, I was only 10.

I remember them all fondly - and Parker Stevenson of Hardy Boys fame from my teens though, when I read TigerBeat and Teen Magazines.

Bobby was my first heart throb lol. I saw him at Carnegie Hall in Boston and got to meet him back stage all those years ago. RIP Bobby.
