Way cool!
That was the car that I first learned to drive. Except it was black over white. |
About 9 years A gentleman use to drive black on black 56 VICKY (AI keeps replacing my words) 2HT to post office in my area. I asked it if he wanted to sell it, he said nope, I be buried in it. Haven’t seen him or car for 7 years.

Seems like a good deal. I do not care for the fake spot lights though.

9K, be lucky to get rusted out hunk of junk for that. This got updated 302 and C4 with Upgraded A/C. Over 10 grand just for that. Not mention paint, body work, and interior. That car easily sell dealer/private party for 25K or more. I would never vintage car at auction with no reserve. I bet the seller sick making that mistake? |

I doubt it, he probably moved or his wife unloaded? |
Wow! That was a good price!

A real classic from the 50's. Two tone color and lots of chrome. Parents had a beautiful aqua and white 56 Pontiac. Brings me back.

Originals easily bring 45K plus if in pristine condition. Crowns are approaching 75K plus. Some see upgrades as bad some see the as extra when comes to drivability. If want set and look at then original, want drive it upgrades for comfort and dependability. IMO the upgrades made it drivable in hot climate here. |
