They're thinking that they had the early bird dinner last night at Sizzler, skipped the Squares and went to bed early. They normally rise before the sun, enjoy their TooJays or WaffleHouse and are ready to start their day so it, too, can end early as did the prior day.

Play day, better get there early.

If you go to the Genesis gym in Brownwood it opens a 5:30am and there is always a gathering of people waiting for it to open.

reminds me of Twilight Zone "kick the can" - brings us back to our youth - love it.

I have done that very thing, walked that walk and talked that talk. It is getting that adrenaline rush that comes from competition. It brings back memories of little league games from 50 years in the past.
