The following are the 10 largest earthquakes ever recorded.

They have to update the list since last night’s earthquake is now on the list.

Scary stuff.

Our oldest still has tsunami warnings for Alaska and Hawaii on both of their phones. As soon as the alert came, they started their contact circle even though they are in SC.

Something to think about:
If a Tsunami came on shore from the East in the Atlantic Ocean in Florida,
could the surge it make it across the complete state to the golf?

Possible but a very low probability.

Possible but a very low probability.

It may be unlikely this year, but consider what could happen in 5 or more years in the future. The world's ocean levels are increasing as the Poles melt. Future map projections for about 2060 show Florida underwater from about Orlando and south. Hopefully, before that happens, more people will realize that there is a connection between methane, CO2, HEAT, and ocean levels.
