Lake Miona Recreation Center, Update

The Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center had a water main break causing damage to the Pickleball courts and a disruption in water service to the center.

Due the water main break, Lake Miona Recreation Center and all outdoor facilities will be closed until further notice. All activities and meetings have been cancelled. For more information please contact Lake Miona Recreation Center at 430-2950.

Today is Sunday...I call the number listed but get no answer....as dumb as this sounds, do you think it means they are still closed????

Haven't received a notice that says it's open, yet. I'm sure when it does reopen, the VCDD will notify those who receive e-mail notices. Hoping all is repaired soon and the facility gets back to normal working order.

Was just over there, and it is still closed! They moved Bunco to Colony Cottage (2:00 pm) today.
